Serve up some soul with the Origin Effects BassRig Fifteen! Origin, purveyor of striking amp emulations that they are, set out for a particular bass tone in this BassRig model – one that captivated a generation of bassists. The tone in question is one belonging to Ampeg and their B-15 Portaflex bass amp. Following in the example set by other celebrated BassRig pedals, Origin Effects clocks in overtime for precise Motown tones to stay out all night.

The Origin Effects BassRig series of pedals have done quite a bit to capture the legendary tones of specific amp models from different generations of musical history. Today's BassRig Fifteen assumes the essence of everyone's favorite Motown Ampeg – or at least we would say that if that were all it did. Where the BassRig Fifteen pins down the strikingly warm and punchy tones of the Ampeg B-15 Portaflex, it goes even further to recreate the amp's entire circuitry from its preamp to its phase inverter to its output stage to its reactive load to its rectifier sag to its cabinet and speaker. At every step of the process, the BassRig Fifteen recreates the experience of vintage the Ampeg tube head.

With this BassRig model, Origin went ahead to account for so many elements of playability. For one, an all-analog signal path replicates the sounds of a valve amp-style performance. For another, a simulated push-pull power amp and reactive load pushes the pedal's authenticity even further. When performing and running the tones of this BassRig out, onboard fifteen-inch-speaker cabinet simulation and direct output translates its tones outward seamlessly alongside an amp out EQ control and a clean blend control.

As one of pop music's premier bass amps, the B-15 Portaflex is a legend in its time and any time. With the crack work from England's Origin Effects, that legend has more chapters to be written.

  • Recreated Ampeg B-15 Portaflex bass amp circuitry and tone
  • All-analog circuitry tube amp-style signal path
  • Simulated push-pull power amp with reactive load
  • 1x15" speaker cabinet simulation with XLR DI output
  • Amp out EQ section
  • Parallel clean blend mix control
  • Standard nine-volt DC center negative power operation
  • Designed and built in Buckingham, England

Nice and easy to assemble
Color: Black, Size: Standard - 4 Panel
I absolutely love this 4-panel room divider! It was super easy to assemble — I had it set up in just a few minutes. The material isn’t too see-through, which gives just the right amount of privacy while still letting some light through. It does exactly what I needed it to do and looks so clean and sleek in my space. Perfect balance of style and function — highly recommend!

Great value, perfect for our infant room!
Color: Black, Size: Standard - 4 Panel
Great product, sturdy design and easy to build! It is a fairly light weight item, which aids in the maneuverability of the divider. The color was as described and is dark enough to block the light from our sleeping infants! I do love that you are able to see through the slats and see the child sleeping- if you are looking for something with MORE privacy, this is not it. It has great coverage area and is dark and a wonderful value for the price, however, you are able to see through the areas where each panel connects!

Don’t waste your money or time!
Color: White, Size: Standard - 4 Panel
Don’t waste your money. The instructions make no sense and the metal poles are either sized wrong for the product or screw holes are incorrectly placed, but no two poles matched in size and placement making it impossible to put this together without the panels being warped. No matter how I tried to switch the poles to see if I had them wrong, they always turned out warped and incorrectly fit. I finally gave up and threw everything out - I wasted $50 on this junk and because I didn’t try to put it together immediately after I bought it, it is way too late for a refund. Lesson learned!
